TESTIMONIALS

“I've always been an avid hunter and have enjoyed many hunts, in many states, however I have always dreamed of hunting big game in a remote area of Alaska. When I talked to Roy Blackwell, and heard all his stories of his hunting adventures. I knew I needed to make my dream reality. In 2017 my dream in fact became a reality when I flew to Alaska as a client of Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting. I had very high expectations of my 2 weeks in Alaska and I'm here to say " not only did they meet my expectations they surpassed them." The trip was highly organized and well planned. Thanks Roy, I have a great trophy hanging on my wall. This was a trip of a life time!!”
– Brandon, Arizona

“My son and I had a great bear hunt experience. Roy will do everything possible to make your hunt a success. He has great areas and if one area is not productive he will move you to a place that is. If you want a real hunt and not just a camping trip with a guide going thru the motions, go with Roy, he will make it happen!! We both got great bears.”
– Bud&James Owens, Georgia

“Roy is top notch! Everything about the trip was first class! I would not think of going to Alaska and hunting with anyone else, Roy has made a little boy's dream of hunting Alaska for 60 years come true. Thanks Roy!”
– Mike Perkins, KY

“I was extremely pleased with my hunt with Roy, I would strongly recommend anyone to hunt with them. A first class operation.”
– Thomas NY

“"Definitely the hunt of a lifetime and the price was so affordable. Couldn't have been happier with my grizzly/black bear combo hunt. Got me a beautiful grizzly and black bear. The camp and food was second to none. Thank You Very Much"”
– Jon Sherman, Kansas

“Hey Roy just a note letting you know that I really appreciate everything you guys did for Steve and I. It's not hard to see that you run a quality business that is becoming increasingly rare in the occupation of outfitters. Thanks again!”
– Riley M. Oregon

“Thank you for a great hunt, was amazed at how many bears we seen. Got lots of excellent pictures, along with a beautiful black and brown bear.”
– Samual, Texas

“Hello Roy and Kim, just dropping a note to let you know how much I appreciated my Alaskan adventure. My 2017 grizzly/black bear combo hunt was my first trip to Alaska and I couldn't have picked a better outfitter. Roy did a great job of guiding the hunt to a successful conclusion. And the hunt camp was wonderful and food was very good and plenty of it, never went hungry. I look forward to a return trip!”
– Thomas Jones Jr

“I can't say enough about Roy and Alaska Ultimate Trophy Hunting. This outfitter knows his stuff and has a great operation with tons of game and opportunity for sure. I haven't seen an outfitter this much integrity, sincerity and eager to share the "Alaska experience" with the average blue collar hunter as much as Roy. They have a superb opportunity to harvest great bears. I saw many black bears everytime I hunted with him as well as brown bears. If you want a baited brown bear hunt there is no one that does it better!”
– Jason Z

“Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting is an extremely well run business! My brown bear hunt was first class and made memories that will last forever. I am very happy with my brown bear and wouldn't hesitate to return for another hunt some day and the affordable prices make it possible.”
– Ryan Etterman, Colorado
