TESTIMONIALS

“"Wow!! Another great and sucessful hunt with Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting this last Spring. Tagged a beautiful grizzly, hunting with guide Roy. As I have hunted twice with them and have never been disappointed. I couldn't be more happy with the way Roy and Kim took care of me when in the wilderness of Alaska. I am already looking forward to the next time!"”
– Matthew Weeks, Georgia

“Just a note to "thank you" for the great experience I had in Alaska... This was a trip of a life time for me and very affordable. It was something I have always wanted to do hunt big bears in Alaska!! Guide Roy was the best, he worked very hard to get me on some animals. Roy never tired of scouting for me. The tent and cot were warm and dry and the food was great. Am hoping to come back again and do another hunt with Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting, it was great, can not say enough about the experience.”
– Michael Jr, Michigan

“My son and I had a great bear hunt experience. Roy will do everything possible to make your hunt a success. He has great areas and if one area is not productive he will move you to a place that is. If you want a real hunt and not just a camping trip with a guide going thru the motions, go with Roy, he will make it happen!! We both got great bears.”
– Bud&James Owens, Georgia

“If you're looking for a hunt of a lifetime, this is the outfitter that will make your dreams a reality. Hands down they lived up to their standards and exceeded our expectations. The friendly, outgoing and professional guides made our hunt very special and will be embedded in our hearts and minds forever!!”
– Mike Wilson, ID

“Thank you for a great hunt and a lifetime of memories, I tagged a beautiful black bear. All after great stalks, black bear was shot within 50 yards. Guide Roy worked so hard and was great company! Food was top notch. Thanks for a great hunt!”

“Had a great experience from start to finish, camp was set up great, guide was knowledgeable of the area we were hunting and had many bears to chose from. Roy had many great stories of his hunting and guiding life! This was a trip of a lifetime and Roy made it so I will have many memories, along with a beautiful 8' brown bear on my wall. Thank you Roy!!”
– James W Wilkens, Texas

“I've always been an avid hunter and have enjoyed many hunts, in many states, however I have always dreamed of hunting big game in a remote area of Alaska. When I talked to Roy Blackwell, and heard all his stories of his hunting adventures. I knew I needed to make my dream reality. In 2017 my dream in fact became a reality when I flew to Alaska as a client of Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting. I had very high expectations of my 2 weeks in Alaska and I'm here to say " not only did they meet my expectations they surpassed them." The trip was highly organized and well planned. Thanks Roy, I have a great trophy hanging on my wall. This was a trip of a life time!!”
– Brandon, Arizona

“Roy is top notch! Everything about the trip was first class! I would not think of going to Alaska and hunting with anyone else, Roy has made a little boy's dream of hunting Alaska for 60 years come true. Thanks Roy!”
– Mike Perkins, KY

“My wife and I had the occasion to hunt with Roy Blackwell on a spring black bear hunt. His ability to provide a truly remarkable hunting experience was noteworthy. He was a tireless worker in his preparation for each days hunt, thus ensuring our safety, comfort, enjoyment and overall success of the hunting experience. We have had many hunts with outfitters and Roy exceeded all of our expectations. We saw numerous bears on each of the day’s hunts and that was exciting and fun. Both my wife and I had tags and thanks to Roy’s expert knowledge and guidance, we each filled our tags. It is something we think about often. We can’t wait to do it again.” Max & Rose Fly -- Clyde, TX”
